SIP HR Managers Association, an organization run by SIP Human Resources Development Co Ltd (also known as O-HR), unveiled a class schedule on Aug 20, providing a series of classes to help HR professionals improve their proficiency and promote upgrading of HR services across SIP.

The classes will last throughout the year, making learning opportunities available every month for the participants to enhance HR management abilities in an all-around way.

In the first session, Dr. Tang Qiuyong, a visiting lecturer at EMLYON Business School and an AI expert certified by IBM and NVIDIA, gave the participants a talk on using AI to help businesses achieve better development at lower cost.

Following this session will be a list of lectures given by industry leaders, technical experts and HR directors from exemplary companies, along with workshops, visits to enterprises, case studies and practices which are devised to help the participating HR professionals achieve the transformation from a “supporter” to a “strategist” in their organizations.
