The Standards for Standardized Evaluation of Safety of Comprehensive Buildings for Commercial and Trade Purposes, drafted by Jinji Lake CBD and other related parties, was released recently. 

The Standards, designed to promote standard, professional regular safety management of high-rise buildings, comprises 15 primary indicators, namely organizational structure and accountability system, education and training, site management, fire safety, equipment management, public and auxiliary facilities, gas safety, electrical safety, amusement facilities, road safety, activity safety, accident management, contractor management, hidden danger management and emergency rescue, performance evaluation and highlight cases, and 47 secondary indicators.

The Standards was made based on the pilot application at 22 typical buildings in Jinji Lake CBD over the past one year and the support from related superior authorities, industrial associations, experts and professionals.
