A temporary parking lot was recently completed in APP Science & Technology Park, SIP, and will soon be put into use. It not only provides parking spaces for vehicles serving construction projects in the park, but also allows people working and living in the surrounding areas to park and charge their vehicles.

Located in the eastern part of SIP, APP Science & Technology Park is now home to over 50 enterprises. To accelerate clustering of businesses and better support their development, it has been striving to improve its facilities and services.

In mid-June, a canteen was opened in an industrial park built by Sungent Group, offering meals to employees and residents in nearby areas.

The Shengpu Campus of The High School Affiliated to Soochow University, with a land area of about 115 mu (7.67 hectares) and a floor area of 128,000 square meters, will be opened in September to serve about 600 students.

The park is also enhancing efforts to improve traffic facilities and services. A bus line was opened early this year to transport commuters between subway stations and their workplaces, and more short-distance bus routes are expected to be opened by the end of this year.
