The 19th “Challenge Cup” National College Student Extracurricular Academic and Technological Works Competition Sci-Tech Innovation Training Camp cum the 3rd Nanjing University Sci-Tech Innovation Camp for Young People from Jiangsu, Hong Kong and Macao wrapped up in SIP on July 15.

The training camp, held by Nanjing University in collaboration with China Mobile, SIP Administrative Committee and the Communist Youth League Suzhou Committee, brought together 120 students from higher education institutions in Hong Kong, Macao and Jiangsu province.

The training camp opened at Suzhou Nanotech National University Science Park on July 13, when nine teams showed their scientific and technological innovation projects to a group of senior experts and investors.

On July 14, the participants visited SIP Exhibition Center, Wintech Nano (Suzhou) Co Ltd  and SIP Artificial Intelligence Exhibition Hall to learn about SIP’s development plans, its ability of fostering advanced technologies and its pro-business service concept. They also competed in figuring out solutions for technological challenges encountered by businesses.

At the closing ceremony on July 15, SIP offered a privilege card to a number of outstanding projects that it expects to introduce, and tentative cooperation agreements were signed for four projects to be commercialized.
