Suzhou MedicalSystem Technology Co Ltd, an SIP-based listed company engaged in medical informatization, and Shanghai Robot Industrial Technology Research Institute, an organization dedicated to developing and commercializing robotic technology, signed an agreement recently to launch strategic collaboration in upgrading intelligent solutions for medical and health care for the aged.

The two parties plan to develop a standardized dataset platform powered by embodied artificial intelligence (EAI) for all medical and health care scenarios. Key efforts will include heterogeneous data collection, multi-modal data annotation, and building high-quality language corpora to train specialized AI models.

MedicalSystem will be responsible for medical data acquisition and scenario design, while the institute will lead EAI-related technology research and application, robot adaptation and data standardization. This tie-up is expected to redefine services in vital elderly care sectors.
